Satays

Shahliks “satays” its one of the most populr dishes in whole South East-Asia.
Meat is marinated in spicy herbal “bumbu” paste and grilled on skewers.
“Satays” are always served with peanut souce and mini salad (cucumber, shallots, bean sprouts, chilis, seasame oil, lime juice).
