Indonesian cuisine
Indonesia is huge country. It is biggest archipelago of the World with more than 15.000 islands.
There is no one universal Indonesian gastronomy although the most known is food from Java island. Galeria Bali offers an opportunity to try dishes from many parts of Indonesia. In our wide menu we have selection of dishes from Java, Sumatra and Bali and also very exotic dishes from Maluku islands, Borneo and Sulawesi.

Our Balinese and Indonesian cooks make all sambals and "bumbu" pastes in stone and wooden mortars by themselves to create our food as real and original one. For all our dishes we use only beef and pork tenderloins, chicken breasts fillets, grouper fish boneless fillets, pure coconut milk, fresh Asian spices and vegetables as galangal, lemon grass, green coriander, okra, egg plants, jack fruits, kaffir leafs etc. Our peanut sauce is home made. We don’t use factory made condiments. "Rendang" – beef cubes stewed for many hours in coconut milk and many spices and "Jimbaran Basket" – grilled seafood on charcoal made from coconut shells are strongly recommended. Our food and services are five stars quality. You are warm welcomed!
